First I love Holidays! I love them. Here are a few things I am thankful for.
1. My Family-I have the best Brother and Sisters I am lucky to call them my best friends. I have parents that love unconditional and love me for me. I am also lucky to have great sister and brothers in law. I am so bless to have a great family who loves me and let's me spend time with them.
2. The Gospel- I am so blessed to have the gospel in my life and to know that I will have my family for eternity. I am also grateful for repentance, that the gospel is perfect and we are only human and that we are given a chance to learn to be perfect. I am also so blessed to be teaching the CTR 5's they have so much light. I love going to church for this reason. I have around 8-10 boys every week and it makes me so happy. We are truly blessed to have such a great example in our lives.
3. My Job-Most days I am not loving my job, but I love the people I work with. I have the best department-so good a lot of people always try to get hired in our area. I am Glad that I know what I know and that I can be responsible for myself. I love being in charge of my life.
4. The Land- It has been so beautiful lately that you have to look around and see all the beautiful things around you. I love fall weather, I love the smell of rain, I love the different colors of leaves, the way the mountains look after snow falls. It is so pretty!
5. My Life- I am grateful for my life-I have been blessed so many ways that I can't help but be grateful. I am a very blessed person.

Melynda! I really enjoyed your post. You sound so happy! I miss you so much. I am lucky to have you part of my life. I am grateful to be able to know such an amazing person. I STILL consider you one of my sisters even though I don't see you as often. I miss those days, but gratefully we have memories. I love you!

I laughed (through the tears, mind you) with number 3 and the "most days". haha. You DO work with fabulous people ... I know because of how highly you always speak of them.
Thank you for the reminder to look around myself at the beauty and blessings I'm surrounded with ... I really needed that reminder today. Thank you for your love and optimism.

Yes, very uplifting post. We do have much to be thankful for - and our awesome family is definately at the top of the list! I'm thankful to have you close at work having some similar experiences and someone who understands the things that happen there. It's really great to unload to about the funny or maddening things we encounter every day!
