1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups scalded milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Pour scalded milk over the potatoes, sugar, and margarine to melt the margarine. Cool to luke warm. Dissolve 1 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water and add to milk mixture along with 2 beaten eggs. Add flour, soda, salt, and baking powder. Beat thoroughly then add enough flour to make a soft dough (this ended up being like 12 more cups - hahaha - seriously). Knead just a little (forgot to do that - haha), grease top of dough and cover, store in refrigerator over night (wanted them NOW - so didn't do that). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Coat with butter. Add cinnamon and brown sugar, roll and cut.

I honestly had given up hope on those suckers when I saw the runny dough! It's amazing what A LOT of flour will do! I recommend not doubling the recipe.
Yum! - I am much better at eating cinnamon rolls than making them. I miss you and want to see you!
