"A person who's happy will make others happy; a person who has courage and faith will never die in misery!"

Anne Frank is one of my greatest heros! There are so many gems of wisdom wrapped in her daily "unbosomings".

"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world."

If she only could have imagined how many lives she has know touched she would have never witten this:

"It's an odd idea for someone like me to keep a diary; not only because I have never done so before, but because it seems to me that neither I—nor for that matter anyone else—will be interested in the unbosomings of a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl."

Thanks for such a great post that helps us all remember to be a little bit better each day!

I should re-read that book too. I don't remember it at all - and it seems like those quotes would really stick in my head. Did you check it out from the library or is it a book I can borrow from you?

I got the book from the library. It really is a sad/good story. I am glad that I am reading it again.
